1. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of its use

- c) Use of our contact form or product reviews
For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. You will need to provide a valid e-mail address and your first name and surname so that we know who sent the query and can respond to it. It is also necessary for you to enter a category, your country and the subject of the inquiry in our contact form so that we can classify and answer your inquiry in the correct language and quickly and reliably. We collect this information as mandatory fields in particular due to the fact that most of our customers are professionals who rely on us to answer support questions promptly in order to use our products professionally.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent by using the contact form. You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send an informal email to office@nelson-mueller.de. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be deleted by us after your request has been dealt with.

We use links to the social networks Facebook and Twitter as well as to the YouTube and Vimeo pages on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR in order to make our company better known. The underlying advertising purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by the respective provider. By clicking on the corresponding link, you will be redirected to the Facebook or Twitter, YouTube or Vimeo offer.
6. YouTube
Our website uses plugins from the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the pages is the company "YouTube", LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
When you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited.

- in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
- in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller
- in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, to withdraw your consent once given to us at any time. As a result, we may no longer continue the data processing that was based on this consent in the future and

We use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when you visit our website. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is transmitted in encrypted form by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser.
