Müllers in der Mühle

A good ten years ago, Michelin-starred and TV chef Nelson Müller opened the brasserie "MÜLLERS auf der Rü" in Essen alongside his gourmet restaurant "Schote". After "Müllers auf Norderney", "Müllers in der Mühle" will now open in spring 2025 - a culinary venue for lovers of down-to-earth, seasonally and regionally inspired bistro cuisine in a historic setting.

You can look forward to hearty classics such as fried potatoes, fried fish, cheese spaetzle and currywurst, as well as fine dishes such as Müller's bouillabaisse, turbot or fillet of Irish Hereford. Here, tradition is brought to the plate - with the best products and in an idyllic location that invites you to linger.
